Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped through USPS.
Orders over $50 (fifty dollars) require signature at delivery.
The estimated delivery time for this service is 2 - 5 business days.
Please refer to USPS website for additional delivery service information and accurate ETA.
The orders are shipped from the ZIP Code 33509.
Business days are Monday - Friday. Holidays, Saturday and Sundays are NOT included in shipping days.
Return & Refund
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 5 calendar days of the delivery date. All items must be returned, including any giveaway gifts you may have received with the product.
The product must be in the same condition that you received it and damage free. If the product is damaged in any way, you will not be eligible for a refund.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We do not provide return shipping labels.
Refunds will be issued through the platform you used to shop from and it is subject to the platform's terms and conditions.
